I build software to help businesses save time, reduce costs, work smarter and stay relevant. I have 8 years experience across applied AI, product engineering and research, most recently CTO at an AI consultancy Perlon Labs. Now independent and based in Cornwall.
What I Do
Automation
Automated systems that replace manual processes that eat your team's time, such as data entry, report generation, payment handling, customer comms, and more. I've built automations that process thousands of workflows per month for clients in pet services, fashion and construction.
AI & Machine Learning
Practical AI that solves real problems: intelligent document processing, data synthesis from multiple sources, AI-powered customer support, natural language search and more. Applied where it makes a difference. I have experience both as an AI researcher and product engineer across many modalities including text, audio and vision.

Custom-built applications tailored to how your team actually works. Whether that's desktop tools, web apps, dashboards, or background services — whatever shape fits the problem. For niche workflows that off-the-shelf products can't handle.

I hold two masters in Physics and AI, with 8 years professional experience in software engineering, research and applied AI. My career covers research engineering in national security and defence, building real-time AI avatar systems, to CTO of an AI consultancy (Perlon Labs) shipping production systems across a range of industries.
Now based in Falmouth and working independently. I like building things that work, for people who need them, without overcomplicating it.
